Delivery Options & Fees

We offer both standard and express delivery to suit your needs:

Free Standard Delivery – Available on orders over 299 SAR.
Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) – 29 SAR for orders under 299 SAR.
Express Delivery (1-2 business days) – 39 SAR for expedited shipping.

Delivery options and estimated times will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to select the most convenient method before placing your order.

Orders are processed and dispatched promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.
If you need to make delivery modifications, you can:
- Reply to the shipping confirmation email.
- Contact our logistics partners via the provided tracking link.

If you are unavailable during delivery:

Our logistics partners will attempt to contact you and schedule a second delivery attempt.
If the second attempt fails, your package will be sent to the nearest Pickup Parcelshop or ServicePoint, where you can collect it within 7 days.
If uncollected within this period, the package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund minus the shipping costs.

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items with different availability times, we will ship the entire order together once all items are ready. If you need available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
